Men and women are born different and have different mental makeup. In chosing a mate and in accessing the attractiveness of men, women look for practical stuff like status, job stability etc. perhaps best summed up as the 3Cs - cash, car and credit card. On the other had men generally are attracted by looks, superficial beauty. Thus for a women, having a pretty face is very important.
Not every women are naturally endowed with a pretty face. Those less fortunate but have money can still opt for one thing - cosmetic surgery procedures or non-surgical procedures to improve on what our Creator has given.
Features that adversely affect the appearance of women include birthmarks (Port Wine stains), Rosacea which is a condition that is characterised by facial redness and wrinkles.
